By registering for and using the Kinjiyudo platform ("the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Kinjiyudo is a personal trading automation tool that enables users to configure and deploy automated spread betting strategies via the IG API. The Platform is a technology tool only. It does not provide investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to trade any financial instrument.
Kinjiyudo is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body.
Spread betting is a high-risk leveraged product. Losses can exceed your initial deposit. The majority of retail investor accounts lose money when spread betting. You should only spread bet with money you can afford to lose. You should seek independent financial advice if you are unsure whether spread betting is appropriate for your circumstances.
Past performance of any strategy operated via the Platform is not a reliable indicator of future results. Backtest results are indicative only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinjiyudo and its operator(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, losses arising from platform downtime, data errors, API failures, or incorrect strategy execution.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. The Platform is dependent on third-party infrastructure and services, including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and data storage, and the IG API for all trading operations. Any failure, degradation, or unavailability of these third-party services may result in the Platform being partially or fully unavailable, and may affect the execution or non-execution of automated trading strategies.
Whilst we endeavour to monitor the Platform and resolve any issues that arise as quickly as possible, we are subject to the availability and reliability of these third-party dependencies and can offer no guarantees in this regard. The Platform may also be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice for maintenance, security, or any other reason.
We accept no liability for any trading losses, missed trades, or other financial or non-financial losses arising from periods of unavailability, downtime, or degraded performance of the Platform or any third-party service it depends upon.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, breach of these terms, or where required by law. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
